This service is for tenants and landlords who are facing disputes within their tenancies.
We will provide the following services for you:
- Review all the documentation pertaining to the tenancy and the dispute in question.
- Assist in building a case over a period of time which may include legal notices and letters.
- Consult on Residential Tenancy Act and protocols within the system.
- Attend dispute resolution hearings on behalf of the client.
Rates for Consulting
- $100 - initial consulting fee
- $50 - service of notices, move-in/out inspections etc...
- $400 - attend dispute resolution hearing
- Fees may vary from case to case, these are estimated costs
