Property Care Services Vancouver

Property Care is a service that will take care of your home while you are away on Business, on Holiday, or taking an Extended Leave of Absence. Advent provides Property Care Services in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, the Westside and Downtown Vancouver BC.

Advent Real Estate Services Ltd. provides customized packages to suit your needs.
Please choose one of the packages detailed below and select any Add Ons that you require.

Property Care Services Include:
  • Walk through interior of property
  • Walk around exterior of property
  • Inspect plumbing under all sinks and appliances
  • Flush toilets
  • Run all taps
  • Check security systems
  • Ensure all windows and doors are secured
  • Check appliances are turned off and in good working order
  • Inspect furnace, boilers and hot water tanks for leaks or problems
  • Collect mail and clear flyers and newspapers from mailbox and doorstep
  • Water plants
  • Detailed status report emailed to the client

Basic Package:

 $75 for 1 visit per month
$125 for 2 visits per month
$200 for 4 visits per month

Add Ons: With the purchase of one of the 3 packages above you can customize
the service at $25 per hour or per item below, to be negotiated in advance:
  • Arrange and oversee maintenance for the property
  • Cleaning prior to owners arrival home
  • Grocery shopping prior to owners arrival home
  • Emergency call-out service
  • Local person of contact for Strata issues
  • Plant care for outdoor baskets and pots only
  • Errand services
  • Follow up on important mail

Tenanted Inspection Package: $250 (per visit)
  • Review lease and tenancy documentation
  • Full physical inspection of the property
  • Digital photos of damage and/or content of the property
  • Interview tenant regarding issues that need to be resolved
  • Detailed report with recommendations and concerns to be followed up
